Scholarship Winner Miseal Ramos

The Palm Beach Harbor Pilots host an Annual Minority Scholarship Award worth $1000 along with additional funds for travel to the Port of Palm Beach. The award is given to the essay winner from a maritime academy student currently enrolled at one of the seven maritime colleges. Our latest scholarship winner and intern for 2012 is Miseal Ramos from Puerto Rico, a Junior at the Texas A&M Maritime Academy. Midshipman Ramos was also awarded $250 for travel expenses. We wish him well in his endeavor to become a Florida State Harbor Pilot.
